I have bought tickets but not received them, what should I do?

All of our online tickets are e-tickets that you should receive as soon as payment has been sent.

If you have booked for one of our own shows at Hot Water Comedy Club then your name will be on the guest list, however we do still ask for your e ticket should there be any issues. Our friendly door staff will always be available to assist should you need it.

Please check your junk or spam folder as they sometimes hide in there.

Should you not be able to locate them then all tickets can also be retrieved by logging into your online account using your email address as your username.

If you still can't access your tickets then please contact us through our Help Centre.  Please note during busy periods we ask to allow up to 24 hours for a response.
