How do I log into my online account?

To log into your online account, you will need the email address you used to make your booking when you registered, along with your password.
If you've forgotten your password, you can use the password reset option. We'll email you instructions to change your password. Please check your junk folder in case the email lands there.
If your email isn't recognized, it's possible you used another email address or entered an incorrect one when signing up.
Alternatively, if you haven't registered with us or purchased tickets using your email address before, you'll need to sign up first. You cannot purchase tickets without registering an account with us.
